Where to upgrade?

Hi We recently bought a madrix start through promix-sweden but we now want to upgrade it.

There doesnt seem to be a way to upgrade it through any resellers in sweden,. we also tried to call the distributor for sweden 2ndplanet but the number didnt work.

So is there any other way to upgrade it?
