Please Help For Window XP

i'm just brought this MADRIX,but why my Window XP will HANG when started this softwear?
Is they anyone can help me out?
i really need a solution as soon as possible,please.

Hello shane,

I would recommend the following:
1) Close MADRIX.
2) Navigate to Windows Start > All Programs > MADRIX > Tools > MADRIX Restore. This will open the extra tool MADRIX Restore.
3) Now, press Reset To Fail-Safe Settings
4) Start MADRIX again.
