how setup robe stage qube

Hi,
I have problem to setup MADRIX.
I have rent for a show at next weekend robe stage qube.
I have enable robe stage cube in options device network and MADRIX have found all panels at the next restart.
My problem: I can't control all pixel of the panel. All pixel at left side of the panel are ok, but at the right side I can only control 9 pixel.

I have install different version of MADRX an tested.
I have more then 5 create a new patch.
I have check the network and ping all robe stage qube and all say ok.

I have no more ideas.

Can anybody help my?

yes thats is it.
I have changed in my patch and set to ROBE stage qube 324.
Now its running and the show can start.

I have another 2 questions for ROBE stage qube 324.

1:
I'm surprised this Fixture have more than 512 channels.
How can I this control with normaly DMX?

2:
How I can view all channels of one robe stage qube 324?
The build in DMX watcher from MADRIX show only the first 512 channels of the one ROBE StageQube 324. I can't found the rest of the channels from the ROBE robe stage qube 324?

fine it is working now for you.

Yes the Robe Stage Qubes 324 have 18 by 18 rgb pixel which makes a total amount of 972 channels if it would be controled by DMX512.
.
But the INSTA 2022 and the Robe Stage Qube 324 are controled by a special network protocol which is not DMX512, it is more simmilar to Art-Net or KiNet but not the same.
We are proud to be able to support this protocol.
So it is not possible to control the Stage Qubes with a standard DMX512 control solution of several reason. Do for example the Stage Qubes provide a white balance feature which is handled by the network protocol as well.
Also it is necessery to set up a DHCP server for fixed installations, so the Stage Qubes get always the same IP address based on there MAC address.
For this you have two options, either using a hardware router where you setup the IP´s for the MAC´s or using a software router like TFTP to do this.

Regarding the DMX Watcher....
.
Oh oh, it´s a shame, we have to own up while developing the DMX Watcher we haven´t think about the Robe Stage Qubes or the GLP DMX1024 (used by ion tubes)
So we will fetch it up now

I was on tour with some very great bands
Was a great tour, No sleep. Under a lot of stress. But MADRIX running ever and there updates are big, bigger, biggest
M$ system are bad

I love this simple software. Ever have run If I needed.
