Hi Rincon,

The MADRIX KEY needs to be connected to your computer, while using the software. Otherwise MADRIX won't output any data. You could you use an USB hub and store it in a different location for example to prevent damage to the MADRIX KEY.

Unfortunately you can't use 3rd party USB interfaces with MADRIX 5, since the USB connection is exclusively available for our range of products.

MADRIX NEBULA is able to receive data via Art-Net or sACN. Which means, that you need to use either one of the aforementioned protocols for data output on the Raspberry.
