Choppy playback

I am having playback issues. I am running VM Ware on a mac, it is running Windows XP. I updated madrix to the most recent version and the playback is still really choppy. I am using a Dvi map to run our LED wall. Can someone help me?

Can you please contact us at info[at]madrix.com. Can you please add to the e-mail:
1) the MADRIX Setup File (*.ms2; go to File > Save Setup As...)
2) the Logfile (go to Tools > Logfile > Save To File...)?
