Hey Guys!
I have trouble with 2 nebulas. I can’t reset these Guys anymore.
I know the procedure from the manual. Even holding the reset knob for around 20sec……
Is there any other possibility?
I also can’t get the artnet connection to the device….

Hello sb-lümmel,

Please connect the NEBULA only via USB to the PC and start the MADRIX 5 "Device Updater". At the MADRIX 5 "Device Updater" you also will be able to perform a "Reset To Factory Default Settings".

The MADRIX 5 "Device Updater" is an extra tool wich will be installed with MADRIX 5. You will find it in "Windows" under "Start > All Apps > MADRIX 5 > MADRIX 5 Device Updater".
