Hello everyone,

I've a question about my madrix key. Whene i put the usb stick in my usb port it doens't unlock the Madrix software. In my windows screen shows up a message that the driver is making a big error in windows.

What could it be?

I hope there is a solution to fix it.

Please try to install MADRIX again. Please disconnect the MADRIX KEY from the PC during the intallation. After you have installed MADRIX please restart the PC and connect the MADRIX KEY. Now the driver of the KEY should be installed again.
