Re: LED Video Wall Controller
Hi SVW,
"SMD 5050" means that the housing of the LED is measuring 5mm x 5mm.
The number of channels is not derivable from this information.
Please have a look at the datasheet of the LED strip to gather the information.
Thank you.

Re: LED Video Wall Controller
Hi SVW, You would need: - A PC with MADRIX and a MADRIX 5 KEY. - An Art-Net/sACN to SPI interface (which supports WS2812B). I highly recommend to use our MADRIX NEBULA, which is a reliable 2 port SPI pixel tape driver/interface. Each NEBULA drives up to 1360 RGB pixels and allows you to directly con...

Re: Computer spec for led screen with 1 million pixels
Hi Calle, First I need to say, that MADRIX is rendering on the CPU, therefore the performance of the GPU is less important. That means you should give the priority to the CPU. Please note: The needed PC power doesn't only depend on the desired output universes/channels and thus can vary greatly. It ...

Re: Dangling Dongles Required?
Hi Rincon,
Unfortunately this won't work. You will need to have the MADRIX KEY connected, if you want to have data output from MADRIX.
Another option would be to use MADRIX without a MADRIX KEY in "Demo Mode", with the downside that you won't have any data output to your fixtures.

Re: Background image
Hi kangnguyen, After selecting the background image, you need to change the "View" from "Background Image" back to "Voxel Map". In the next step, you can align your fixtures on the grid according to the background image. The background image should help you with the pla...

Re: Dangling Dongles Required?
Hi Rincon,
The MADRIX KEY needs to be connected to your computer, while using the software. Otherwise MADRIX won't output any data. You could you use an USB hub and store it in a different location for example to prevent damage to the MADRIX KEY.
